Morgan appeared in the Safe Sex for Men and Women educational video that focused on AIDS Education and Prevention. A portion of the proceeds was donated to the American Foundation for AIDS Research. Morgan is a member of the Entertainment Industry AIDS Task Force. Morgan is a part of the Entertainment Industry's AIDS Task Group. She also has led several other fundraising efforts to combat AIDS and testified before the specially-created Congressional committee on AIDS Education. She is member of the board of Governors of APLA and the Board of Directors of Amfar. She has been asked to fill in for the former Surgeon General C. Everett Koop at AIDS-related events. Steve Bell, a anchor for the news has been host of a AIDS Awareness Special. Ted Koppell has interviewed her two times about AIDS on Nightline. Morgan was nominated for the Emmys to be a part of Diane English's Murphy Brown special written especially for Morgan. This spring, Morgan costarred alongside Joan Rivers as Your Money or Your Wife on ABC television. Summer began with Murder At The PTA Luncheon. Productions like Von Zerneck/Sertner also included Cindy Williams and Marla Gabbs. The second part of the project brought Morgan to Luxembourg in which she appeared as Sherlock Holmes and the Leading Lady in Harmony Gold's production. Christopher Lee and Patrick McNee were also featured. Morgan also played in an action-packed psychological thriller created exclusively for USA Network. This thriller received the highest reviews of all time for the network.
